Drone safety for kids: rules every family should follow

SkyYouth · 5 min read

Safety isn't a warning — it's a routine. Teach these before your child flies.

Before every flight

  1. Check registration — some drones must be registered by law. Know yours.
  2. Check the airspace — avoid airports, crowds and restricted areas.
  3. Check the gear — props, battery and frame in good shape, battery charged.
